① Charging: Applying a high voltage between the discharge electrode and the electrode causes corona discharge, which ionizes the air and generates space charges. When an airflow containing particles passes through an electric field space, space charges adhere to the particles through collision or diffusion, causing the particles to become charged;
② Sedimentation: Charged particles are subjected to Coulomb force in a uniform electric field, which drives them to move towards the dust collection electrode. After reaching the dust collection electrode, they release charges and deposit on the surface of the electrode;
③ Automatic cleaning: After the oil stains on the surface of the adsorption plate deposit to a certain thickness, the automatic cleaning system is started for cleaning. After cleaning, it is blown dry and the adsorption plate can work again.
