(1) The odor of sewage mainly comes from the grille of sewage pretreatment and anaerobic organisms, the latter of which has a large amount of odor exhaust gas and a pungent odor.
(2) Wastewater undergoes anaerobic biological processes in the reactor, producing small molecule hydrocarbons, methane, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, and other odorous waste gases, as well as a small amount of volatile organic waste gases present in the wastewater. (1) Hydrogen sulfide
Colorless, foul smelling egg odor gas, soluble in water and ethanol, flammable, strong neurotoxin, severely damaging the central nervous system, respiratory system, and myocardium. Flammable, can cause combustion and explosion when exposed to open flames or high heat energy.
(2) Ammonia
Stimulating odor: colorless gas, highly soluble in water. Ammonia water is corrosive to metals, and ammonia poisoning can inhibit the central nervous system, leading to muscle excitability, angular arch reflex, and convulsions.
(3) Methyl mercaptan
Flammable, steam can form explosive mixtures with air, posing a risk of combustion and explosion when exposed to heat sources, open flames, etc. It reacts with water and steam to produce toxic and flammable gases, which can cause headaches, nausea, and varying degrees of anesthetic effects upon absorption; Inhalation at high concentrations can cause respiratory paralysis and death.
When pharmaceutical waste gas enters the adsorption box and enters the activated carbon adsorption layer, due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular attraction or chemical bonding forces on the activated carbon adsorption surface, when the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption. By utilizing the adsorption capacity of activated carbon adsorbent surface, the exhaust gas is brought into contact with the porous activated carbon adsorbent on the large surface. The pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, separated from the gas mixture, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude.

UV photolysis waste gas treatment technology refers to the use of high-energy UV beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air, producing free oxygen (i.e. reactive oxygen species). Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone, which has strong oxidizing properties. Through the synergistic photolysis and oxidation of organic waste gas and odorous gases by ozone, organic waste gas and odorous gases are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide.
