The supergravity dust removal equipment is a fusion of supergravity technology and our company's technology in the waste gas industry. It uses supergravity centrifugation and reverse cleaning fusion to separate substances with a mass density greater than air, such as aerosols and particle mist. The basic principle of supergravity technology is to utilize the unique flow behavior of multiphase flow systems under supergravity conditions, enhance the relative velocity and mutual contact between phases, and thus achieve efficient mass and heat transfer processes and chemical reaction processes. The main way to obtain supergravity is to form a centrifugal force field by rotating the entire device or its components, involving multiphase flow systems mainly including gas-solid and gas-liquid systems.

           High gravity dust removal equipment is used to purify general and highly viscous dust, oil fume, and odorous gases in exhaust gas due to its self-cleaning characteristics. The core of it lies in a unique supergravity rotor, which is equipped with high-precision filter packing, water spray system, etc.

        The exhaust gas is transported to the gas reaction chamber through the induced draft fan. The particles in the gas are separated by the high-precision interception module and the reaction force of the supergravity motion field. At the same time, the organic pollutant molecules in the exhaust gas combine with the mist solution to purify the exhaust gas.
