The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dust containing gas. When the dust containing gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy dust particles settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer and smaller dust passes through the filter material, the dust is retained and the gas is purified.
The bag filter equipment adopts a combination of inertial dust collector and bag filter, which has the function of secondary dust collection. The dusty gas first enters the pre collection chamber and encounters obstacles, forcing the direction of the dusty airflow to change sharply. Coarse particle dust changes its original direction of movement due to being trapped in obstacles, and a portion falls into the ash hopper. The rest enters the filtering chamber equipped with filter bags with the airflow. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean air passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper clean air chamber, exhaust duct, and fan.
