Shenzhen Kaiwo Automobile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaiwo New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of new energy vehicles. The company generates volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas pollutants during the painting, drying, and foaming processes, which have a significant impact on the workshop environment. To improve the production workshop environment, it is necessary to collect and treat the waste gas. In response to the characteristics of the project's exhaust gas, Tianhaoyang has designed an efficient exhaust gas treatment system for Kaiwo Automobile. After treatment by the system, the exhaust gas meets the emission standards.

Waste gas components: volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas pollutants;

Exhaust gas treatment air volume: 350000 m3/h;

Emission standards: Implement the Guangdong Province local standards "Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Surface Coating (Automotive Manufacturing Industry)" (DB44816-2010) Phase II standard and "Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Furniture Manufacturing Industry" (DB44814-2010) Phase II standard.

2. Solution

Waste gas treatment process: dry filtration+zeolite rotary adsorption concentration+CO catalytic combustion process, activated carbon adsorption process.
