TBEA is a service provider that provides system solutions for the global energy industry. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a large-scale energy equipment manufacturing enterprise in China. The cable workshop of TBEA generates exhaust gas pollutants during the cable production process, which has a significant impact on the workshop environment. In order to improve the production workshop environment, it is necessary to collect and treat the exhaust gas. In response to the characteristics of the project's exhaust gas, Tianhaoyang designed an efficient exhaust gas treatment system for Deyang Cable Company of TBEA. After treatment by the system, the exhaust gas meets the emission standards.

1. Project Overview

Waste gas components: particulate matter, volatile organic compounds and other pollutants;

Exhaust gas treatment air volume: 108000m3/h;

Emission standard: Implement the maximum concentration limit of the "Sichuan Province Fixed Pollution Source Atmospheric Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standard" (DB512377-2017).

2. Solution

Waste gas treatment process: spray+dry filtration+secondary activated carbon adsorption process, spray+dry filtration+activated carbon adsorption desorption+CO catalytic combustion process.
