Source and composition of exhaust gas: smoke and dust generated during the welding process of carbon steel products and aluminum products, as well as dust generated during the polishing process, with particulate matter as the main pollutant component;
Exhaust gas treatment air volume: 115000m3/h for welding and polishing of carbon steel products, 95000m3/h for welding and polishing of aluminum products;
Emission standards: Particulate matter emissions shall comply with the second level standards in the Shanghai Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (DB311933-2015).
