The boiling steam and high concentration malodorous gas produced by boiling ass hide glue in Hongjitang workshop have a great impact on the environment of the workshop. To improve the production workshop environment, it is necessary to effectively control the exhaust gas. In response to the characteristics of the project's exhaust gas, Tianhaoyang designed a high concentration odorous gas treatment system for Hongjitang, and the exhaust gas concentration treated by the system was lower than the national emission standard.

1. Project Overview

Waste gas components: Methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, odor (dimensionless), VOCs and other pollutants;

Exhaust gas treatment air volume: 10000m3/h

Emission standards: lower than the emission standards of "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB 14554-93) and "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB 16297-1996);

2. Solution

Waste gas treatment process: spray+biological filter deodorization+activated carbon adsorption+fan+chimney to meet emission standards.
